Immigration and Family Solicitor

3yrs PQE +  Croydon

\nOur Client are looking for an experienced Immigration & Family Solicitor to join there Croydon office. This role requires expertise in both immigration and family law matters and offers a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\t
• Managing a mixed caseload of immigration and family law matters.
\n\t
• Advising clients on immigration applications, appeals, and judicial reviews.
\n\t
• Handling family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.
\n\t
• Representing clients at hearings and court proceedings.
\n\t
• Drafting legal documents and liaising with courts, Home Office, and relevant authorities.
\n

Requirements:

\n\t
• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Immigration and Family Law.
\n\t
• Strong advocacy and case management skills.
\n\t
• Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
\n\t
• Excellent client communication and legal drafting skills.
\n
