Renowned for its work in the SME corporate market, this multi-service firm is recruiting an additional solicitor into its immigration practice, with a focus on business immigration law however, solid experience of HNW private work will be advantageous.

You will be expected to: \n Act on all aspects of UK inbound immigration work, including: Global Mobility Visas, Employer Sponsor Licenses, Skilled Worker Visas, right to work matters for businesses and private clients including but not limited to: investor, entrepreneur and sole representative visas Work unsupervised and build your own caseload Work closely with the employment and corporate teams in terms of cross referrals Develop junior solicitors Represent the firm at external events \n Applications are sought from candidates with: \n At least 8 years' PQE (guideline) City or West End or large regional background A referral network (not essential) Credibility and gravitas to advise HNW individuals \n What are you waiting for?
