\nThis Established law firm, is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join the team in there Stratford office. This is a full-time, office-based role offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

    \n\t
  • Handling a wide range of immigration matters, including visa applications, asylum cases, appeals, and judicial reviews.
    • \n\t
  • Advising clients on UK immigration law and regulatory compliance.
    • \n\t
  • Preparing and submitting applications to the Home Office and Tribunals.
    • \n\t
  • Representing clients in court and at appeal hearings.
    • \n\t
  • Keeping up to date with changes in immigration law and policy.
    • \n

Requirements:

    \n\t
  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in Immigration Law.
    • \n\t
  • Strong advocacy, case management, and client-handling skills.
    • \n\t
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • \n\t
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
    • \n
\n\n

Candidates must have 3 yrs experience working in Immigration law to be considered for the role.
