Our client, a well-established legal practice, is seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join their growing team. The role offers the chance to manage a varied and complex caseload across private and corporate immigration matters, providing high-quality advice and representation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full immigration caseload from instruction to completion.
- Advise on Skilled Worker visas, Sponsor Licence applications, family and private life applications, EU Settlement Scheme matters, student and visitor routes, British citizenship, ILR, and human rights/asylum claims.
- Prepare and submit visa applications, appeals, administrative reviews, and supporting documentation.
- Draft detailed legal submissions, representations, and witness statements.
- Liaise with the Home Office, courts, tribunals, and external counsel.
- Maintain compliance with SRA standards and internal processes.
- Contribute to team objectives and departmental targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Immigration Caseworker.
- Minimum 13 years PQE (or relevant experience) in immigration law.
- Appeals experience essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK Immigration Rules and legislation.
- Excellent client care, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
