Implementation Engineer – FinTech / Data / SaaS

A fast-growing B2B SaaS company is building a next-generation payments and data platform serving enterprise clients across insurance and financial services. The business is scaling rapidly and is looking for an Implementation Engineer to lead client onboarding, data integration, and end-to-end delivery of complex technical solutions.

This is a hybrid role combining client-facing consulting, data engineering, and solution design. You’ll work directly with external clients to deeply understand their data, operational workflows, and payment processes, translating that into scalable, production-grade solutions.

The Role You’ll own onboarding projects from discovery through go-live, building ingestion pipelines, mapping logic, and reconciliation workflows tailored to each client. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you’ll continuously improve the onboarding experience and platform capabilities.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving messy data problems, working directly with customers, and having real ownership in a scaling startup environment.
