About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in deep-sea shipping, freight forwarding, or carrier-side logistics who are passionate about customer service and sales.

You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, converting quotes into confirmed bookings, and coordinating closely with overseas offices and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present accurate quotations using contract and spot rate platforms
• Follow quotations through to confirmed bookings
• Liaise with overseas offices to arrange shipments
• Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth handover from quote to shipment

What We're Looking For

• Experience in deep-sea / ocean freight shipping, ideally within FCL sales or operations
• Background in freight forwarding or shipping line operations preferred
• Strong understanding of booking procedures and shipping documentation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
