The Role
This is a genuine career-building role, not just a job title.
As an Improver Air Conditioning Engineer, youll work alongside our experienced team on a varied and interesting portfolio of projects: commercial air conditioning installations, servicing and maintenance of split and multi-split systems, and VRF/VRV systems across high-end residential and commercial environments.
Youll be learning from people who care deeply about the standard of their work and well invest in you to grow into a fully rounded engineer. Key responsibilities include:
Installation of split, multi-split and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems
Working across high-specification residential, commercial and listed properties
Supporting lead engineers on complex installations and fit-outs
Representing Heat Sync with the professionalism our clients expect
What Were Looking For
Essential qualifications & experience :
Previous practical hands-on experience with air conditioning systems
Full UK driving licence.
CSCS card
Desirable (but not essential):
F-Gas certification
