Job Title: IM&T Project Manager

Location: Warton – we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £63,310 + depending on experience and bonus

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage, co-ordinate and drive project activities under a wider programme of work, in order to ensure customer requirements and business objectives are met
  • Support the programme manager within all stages of the Life Cycle Management (LCM) including bid
  • Effectively manage the export compliant delivery of all equipment(s) required to be deployed as part of projects both in the UK and International space
  • Establish individual project delivery plans, actively addressing issues as they arise and efficiently communicating with all stakeholders such as DD&I internal suppliers, Shared Services, Export Control and both Cyber and Technical Security
  • Generate & manage detailed integrated schedules using Microsoft Project, driving/monitoring and reporting performance to the programme manager
  • Identify & manage Risks and Opportunities, ensuring robust tracking of both, including running reviews with senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate and support regular performance review meetings with the relevant suppliers and all programme stakeholders and ensure performance reports accurately represent the status of assigned projects
  • And have overall responsibility to deliver internal and external business and enterprise projects to cost timescales, quality and customer satisfaction

Your skills and experiences:

  • An experienced Project Manager with experience in delivering against the full LCM lifecycle, including bids
  • A good communicator with the ability to influence at all levels within the business
  • Experience with bids and bid management
  • Project Management qualification such as APM or Prince 2, degree equivalent qualification in IT/ICT or business management, or relevant experience

The Digital Data & Integration team

You’ll be joining the Digital Data & Integration (DD&I) team, a dynamic group responsible for managing and coordinating project activities within a broader programme of work. Our mission is to ensure projects meet customer requirements while supporting the Programme Manager across all stages of the Life Cycle Management (LCM) process. The team plays a critical role in delivering export-compliant equipment for both UK-based and international deployments. We work collaboratively across disciplines to drive delivery excellence, ensure compliance, and support innovative, high-impact solutions for our customers
