Senior Legal Counsel – Global Tech business - 6-8 pqe – London

Marsden are working with an impressive expanding global tech business who now seek a Senior Commercial Technology lawyer looking to move in house to gain valuable experience and possibly a preferable work/life balance.  You will have 6–8+ years’ post qualification experience and be keen to be part of a dynamic global legal team.

Reporting to the Head of Legal based in London, you will play a leading role in reviewing and negotiating complex, high-value and strategic client-facing commercial contracts, supporting business objectives while managing legal and commercial risk and advising senior stakeholders on risk appetite and deal strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead competencies in legal technology and participate in the evolution of legal operations in an AI-enhanced environment.

You will have commercial experience gained with recognised law firms and/or in-house, ideally within the technology/IT services space.

As a highly skilled, motivated and detail-oriented lawyer you will be an excellent communicator and enjoy a fast paced and dynamic environment.
