Senior Legal Counsel (Development) – Construction - 8+pqe - London/Hybrid

Marsden have been exclusively instructed on a fantastic opportunity with a global hyperscale data centre business that is making its .  

You will  report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and work closely with the Head of Development, playing a key role in shaping the legal function as the business continues to scale.

You will have at least 7 years experience preferably in-house and ideally at a construction company or a data centre developer. The ideal candidate will have prior data centre experience, however, those with a top-tier background in - , , are strongly encouraged to apply.
