Job Description

As an Incident Advisor, you'll be one of the first people our clients speak to when something goes wrong. The calls you take will range from simple customer-service queries to property damage incidents and, occasionally, the early stages of an environmental emergency. Most of your work will be routine; some of it will require clear thinking and confident decision making.

Your week will be a mix of taking calls, logging new instructions, managing small property damage claims, giving safety advice and coordinating spill response when needed. You'll work closely with your teammates to make sure the phone lines are covered and nothing gets missed.

You don't need to be a technical specialist on day one. We'll train you thoroughly and you'll always have experienced colleagues to support you...
