About the Role & Practice: This is an independent, well-established small animal practice, offering clinical autonomy, zero production-line mentality, and no OOH, no bank holidays, no on-call. You’ll be part of a respected team that puts patient care, continuity, and clinical excellence at the heart of everything. The practice itself is 4,000+ sq ft, thoughtfully designed with: 5 consult rooms Separate cat/dog waiting areas & wards Spacious prep room, ops theatre & dental suite Digital x-ray & modern equipment Loyal, respectful client base with growing caseload You’ll have time to do the job properly.
