Indirect Tax Senior Manager – Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction Ready to join a market‑leading Indirect Tax practice operating at the forefront of the Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction (RHC) sector? This Big 4 Senior Manager role offers exposure to some of the largest and most complex transactions in the market, working in a high‑performing, fast‑growing team. Key Responsibilities
Deliver end‑to‑end indirect tax solutions, spanning advisory, compliance and transformation, with exposure to large‑scale, complex and high‑profile transactions. Provide advice on some of the largest real‑estate transactions in the market. Provide real‑time updates on tax authority policy and case law developments, support management of tax authority risk and relationship strategy, and oversee compliance delivery in collaboration with shared‑service teams while maintaining strong ongoing client relationships. Work closely with transformation teams to ensure data integrity, tax reporting accuracy and technical robustness in systems and change programmes. Advise on ESG, senior accounting officer requirements, risk and control frameworks, dispute resolution and litigation matters. Work with capital from all sources across investor types and jurisdictions and act as a subject‑matter expert in real‑estate indirect tax, supporting both sector‑specific and wider clients.
Ideal Candidate
Experienced Manager ready to step up or an already established Senior Manager who can operate at pace and bring strong technical and leadership capability. Robust indirect tax experience with recent exposure to real‑estate, hospitality, construction or infrastructure sectors. Proven ability to lead complex engagements and transactions, shape project strategy and deliver high‑quality technical advice. Experience working on fast‑paced transactions is preferred but not essential.
