About the Role We are looking for an experienced and reliable Industrial Cleaning Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role delivering specialist cleaning services across a range of industrial environments including factories, warehouses, and production facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring sites are cleaned to a high standard, safely and efficiently, while maintaining full compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Carry out specialist industrial cleaning tasks across a variety of sites Operate industrial cleaning equipment and machinery safely Use cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines Undertake high-level, confined space, and heavy-duty cleaning (training provided where needed) Follow all health & safety procedures and site-specific risk assessments Wear and maintain appropriate PPE at all times Ensure all work areas are left clean, safe, and compliant Report hazards, faults, or incidents promptly Maintain a professional and reliable approach on client sites Work independently or as part of a small team Working Hours Flexible working pattern which includes early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends
