This is heavy-duty, continuous process manufacturing where uptime matters and your skills genuinely make a difference.
Youll be joining a large, well-invested industrial operation at the heart of a growing circular economy sector.

What youll be doing:
On shift, youre the electrical authority. Youll be trusted to diagnose quickly, restore production safely and protect both people and plant.
Fault-finding on PLC-controlled systems, inverter drives, motors and control panels
Reactive breakdown response in a fast-paced production environment
Planned maintenance across conveyors, safety systems and plant equipment
Electrical installations and small improvement projects
Safe isolations, risk assessments and professional shift handovers

What were looking for:
Completed electrical apprenticeship (or equivalent)
NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Electrical Engineering
17th or 18th Edition (18th preferred)
Strong industrial maintenance background
PLC fault-finding and 3-phase systems experience
Comfortable in a 24/7 continuous process environment
Calm under pressure, clear communicator and safety-focused

Not facilities maintenance
Not building services
Not a role where youre waiting on contractors
