We are working with a well-established engineering business specialising in pumping solutions in the Water industry, seeking an Industrial Electrician to join their mobile engineering team supporting operations.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrician from an industrial or commercial background to join a stable mobile engineering team responsible for maintaining, installing, servicing, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment across branches and customer sites.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\n * Install, service, and repair electrical and mechanical pump sets, both in-house and on customer sites\n * Carry out electrical installations in accordance with I.E.E. Wiring Regulations and industry standards\n * Prepare job reports, repair estimates, and advise on safety issues where required\n * Maintain and complete Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all work undertaken\n * Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and site-specific safety rules\n * Carry out wiring and testing in line with C&G 2382 (18th Edition) Wiring Regulations\n * Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure correct installation and maintenance practices\n * Maintain tidy vehicles, tools, and workspaces and represent the company professionally on customer sites\n * Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 6 weeks) and respond to urgent breakdowns when required\nSkills & Experience Required\n * ECS Gold Card – Installation Electrician\n * AM2 (Achievement Measurement 2) or equivalent\n * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations\n * 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382)\n * Demonstrable experience working as an Electrician in an industrial or commercial environment\n * Knowledge of electrical and mechanical repair, ideally within pumps, utilities, or construction sectors\n * Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)\n * Strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction\nSummary\nPosition: Industrial Electrician\nLocation: Liverpool and surrounding counties\nDuration: Permanent\nSalary: £50,000 – £70,000 including Overtime, On-call, Vehicle & Benefits\nStart: Notice dependent\nIf you’re a skilled Industrial Electrician seeking a varied and rewarding mobile role with a respected engineering group offering long-term stability and career progression, we’d like to hear from you.\nApply now or contact the Kiota team for more details
