Industrial Maintenance Technician Location: London, OH

Responsibilities:

Supporting our production customers in a Just-In-Time (JIT) environment, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and continuous operations by:

Maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on machinery and equipment, providing sound and effective solutions. Performing preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules and procedures to ensure equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

You possess a high school diploma or GED. You have a minimum of 1 year of proven maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment. (A 2-year degree in a relevant technical field is equivalent to 1 year of experience, and a 4-year degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience). You are physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. and standing on concrete surfaces for extended periods. You have demonstrable knowledge of robotic spray painting and vacuum metalizing equipment. You have experience troubleshooting industrial machinery utilizing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). You are familiar with industrial electrical circuits, including 480V 3-phase systems. You possess a working knowledge of industrial pneumatic and hydraulic systems. You are proficient in using basic hand tools and possess welding skills (MIG or TIG). You have the ability to fabricate or repair machine components as needed.
