Industrial Shot Blaster We are seeking a reliable and experienced Industrial Shot Blaster to join our clients team. The blast shed is a critical part of our operation, supplying three production areas with blasted components ready for powder coating or wet painting . This role offers a wide variety of work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. About the Role You will be responsible for abrasive blasting of components ranging from small valves to 40' containers , ensuring surfaces meet required standards prior to coating. This is a physically demanding, manual role that requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities & Duties Inspect items for damage prior to blasting and report any issues immediately
