Job Title: Industrial Spray Painter (Metal & Plastic) Location: Clitheroe Pay Rate: £14.96/hour (increases to £17.65/hour after training with shift allowance) Shift Pattern: Training Shift: 6:00am 2:00pm
Post-Training Shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm
About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our team in Clitheroe . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spraying both metal and plastic components to a high standard, working within a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with excellent progression and enhanced pay once training is completed. Key Responsibilities: Spray painting of industrial metal and plastic parts to specification
Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required
Ensuring paint application meets quality and safety standards
Maintaining spray equipment and workspace cleanliness
Following job sheets, instructions, and health & safety procedures
