Job Description
White Horse Employment are working exclusively with a long-standing client in the education sector to recruit an experienced IT Project Manager (CRM Implementation) on a fixed-term basis through to October 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-impact CRM migration project within a values-driven organisation committed to improving education outcomes nationwide.
The Opportunity
Our client has recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for part of their services and is now entering the next critical phase, migrating remaining courses and service areas onto the platform.
They are seeking a confident IT Project Manager with strong CRM migration experience to:
Lead the delivery of the remaining migration
Ensure stakeholder alignment and user adoption
Deliver the project on time and within budget
Embed CRM usage across the organisation to support long-term growth
This role will act as the key liaison between IT, operations, digital marketing and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication, governance, and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary stakeholder contact throughout the full project lifecycle
Define requirements and oversee project planning aligned to PRINCE2 principles
Monitor milestones, timelines and delivery assurance
Manage risks, issues and escalation processes
Produce and maintain core documentation (plans, logs, reports, governance records)
Lead steering groups and project checkpoint meetings
Report progress, risks and performance to senior leadership
Track key success metrics and implement improvements where required
About You
We’re looking for someone who can confidently bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, bringing structure and clarity to a complex CRM migration.
Essential Experience:
Proven track record managing IT change and system implementation projects
CRM migration experience (Dynamics 365 highly desirable)
Experience working within PRINCE2 methodology
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft applications
Analytical, solution-focused approach
Highly organised with strong multitasking ability
Desirable:
Formal PRINCE2 qualification
Experience within education, schools or colleges
