Part-Time (flexible: 2 or 3 days a week)
Hybrid working (3 office days in the office per month)
\n We’re seeking England & Wales qualified individuals to provide expert legal guidance on corporate matters, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance. This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled legal professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In-House Counsel Key Responsibilities:
\n Draft, review, and negotiate contracts on behalf of the firm
Work closely with the firm’s Knowledge, Management and Operations teams to review, design and maintain appropriate company precedents, practice notes, policies, and procedures
Provide timely advice on a variety of legal and compliance topics that relate to the firm and its business services
Communicate with third-party bodies such as external counsel and the firm’s insurers, including coordinating the annual PII and bulk practising certificate renewal applications
Conduct legal research and analysis, keeping up to date with changes to laws, rules, and regulations ...
