A global, market-leading entertainment business is seeking a senior employment lawyer to join its Legal & Compliance team in a high-impact, strategic role on a contract basis.

Working at the heart of a fast-paced, creative organisation, you will advise senior stakeholders on a wide range of employment matters, including restructures, investigations, senior exits, and organisational change. You will also oversee tribunal claims, shape employment policies, and support compliance and governance frameworks across the UK, with exposure to international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic employment law advice to senior leaders and HR teams
• Lead on complex and sensitive employment matters
• Manage tribunal claims and external counsel
• Support and enhance compliance and governance processes
• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border issues

Requirements:

• UK-qualified solicitor with strong employment law experience (private practice and/or in-house). 5+ PQE
• Proven ability to advise on complex, high-risk matters
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in an international environment is advantageous
