A global bank is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to support its Leveraged & Acquisition Finance and Event Financing business.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead structuring, drafting, and negotiation of cross-border loan transactions
• Support deals from origination to execution
• Advise on legal, regulatory, and reputational risks
• Partner with senior stakeholders across business and control functions

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with strong leveraged finance experience
• Term Loan B expertise essential (high yield/private credit a plus)
• Background in top-tier private practice and/or financial institution
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
