A growing UK financial services and fintech business is looking for an In-House Solicitor to support complex commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and cross-border transactions on a 6 month contract.

What you’ll do:

• Advise on commercial, fintech, and financial services matters
• Lead contract negotiations and strategic projects
• Support internal teams on regulatory, GDPR, and compliance issues
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and external counsel

You’ll bring:

• England & Wales qualified solicitor (international experience a plus)
• Strong experience in commercial, regulatory, or financial services law
• Confidence navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
