Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented injection mould setter to support our clients plastic moulding operations. This key role involves the efficient and safe setup of technical moulding machines, including injection and blow moulding, along with troubleshooting and fault finding in a fast-paced production environment.

During quieter periods, the successful candidate may also be required to operate moulding machines, ensuring flexibility and teamwork across shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and adjust blow moulding and injection moulding machines to production requirements

* Quickly identify and resolve technical faults to minimise downtime

* Operate machinery when required, particularly during quieter production periods

* Work in full compliance with BRC and ISO 15378 standards

* Maintain accurate records of settings, changeovers, and maintenance

* Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance checks

* Learn and apply specific product details with a strong focus on product quality

* Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth production flow

* Uphold a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience in mould setting (injection and/or blow moulding)

* Skilled in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis

* High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality standards

* Willingness to learn detailed product specifications and processes

* Flexible approach, including the ability to operate machines when necessary

* Understanding of BRC and ISO 15378 standards is advantageous

* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
