Location: Wythenshawe (Manchester)
Type of role: Permanent
Salary: £36,000-£40,000/annum (depends on experience)
Working hours: Monday – Thursday (rotating)
1st week – 06:00-18:00, 2nd week – 18:00-06:00

Job Purpose To ensure all products are manufactured in accordance with supplied formula or specification, through safe and effective operation of the production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring production processes ensuring optimum running conditions.
Tooling change overs Resolving machine related production/quality issues in an efficient and timely manner Providing efficient end of shift handovers Produce quality moulded product. Barrel and screw cleaning Assist with the start-up and shutdown of the extrusion lines Monitor and maintain quality in accordance with specification.
