Injection Moulding Setter / Technician , your responsibilities will include: Carrying out tool changes, as well as material and colour changes Setting machine conditions to optimise performance Ensuring all robotics and ancillary equipment are fully operational Identifying and recommending improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and waste reduction Troubleshooting moulding processes and implementing corrective actions, with documentation where required To be successful in this role, you will: Have proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter or Technician Be confident with condition setting and knowledgeable across a range of materials Have hands-on experience troubleshooting moulding issues Demonstrate a strong interest in lean manufacturing and continuous process improvement, with a desire to help drive the business forward If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, click the link to apply and we'll be in touch.
