Due to increased customer demand, a global manufacturer with a state-of-the-art facility is looking to transition from a 24/5 to a full 24/7 operation and is seeking to strengthen its team with experienced Injection Moulding Technicians to support the dedicated weekend shift.Weekend Shift - Up to £31,000 depending on experienceWorking within a clean, modern, and well-equipped facility, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and minimising waste.As a Weekend Injection Moulding Technician, your duties will include:Carrying out tool changes and setting machines Maintaining production output while closely monitoring product quality Identifying and resolving moulding faults and processing issues promptlyTo be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Technician, the ideal candidate will:Have proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter or Technician, with the ability to run a shift independently Possess strong fault-finding skills, with the ability to adjust machine parameters effectively Be flexible and willing to support the wider team with additional tasks as required This role offers an excellent opportunity with a company that values its staff.
