Innovation Hub Experience Manager – Future HealthSpaces (Part Time)

Location: Future HealthSpaces Innovation Hub, 59-61 Farringdon Road, London, EC1M 3JB

Time: 10:00-15:00 / 5 days a week

Future HealthSpaces is looking for an Innovation Hub Experience Manager to be the face and heartbeat of our Innovation Hub. This role combines hospitality, operations, community building, and event support to ensure our space is inspiring, seamless, and professionally run.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Innovation Hub, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
• Manage inventory, bookings, logistics, and hub facilities to support subscribers, pass holders, and high-profile guests.
• Assist with event planning and delivery, including quarterly forums and day-to-day meetings.
• Support marketing communications and community engagement.
• Provide monthly reporting on hub usage, engagement, and event satisfaction.
