The role will provide management and operational leadership to the Presidents office. It will partner with the senior EMEA team (and equivalent roles globally) to drive key initiatives for the region.
The role takes responsibility, acting for the President, to roll out strands of the EMEA strategy, work with top clients, and - together with the Managing Director EMEA responsible for Continental Europe and Israel be an ambassador for the region internally and externally.
Work with President and senior team to devise and roll out the UK strategy.
Work with President and senior team to devise and roll out strategy for specific regions within EMEA (save for Continental Europe & Israel) as agreed with President.
Contribute to overall EMEA strategy and ensuring specific countries and/or regional strategy aligns.
Take responsibility for various aspects of the strategy, reporting regularly to the President.
Work closely with EMEA auction departments to ensure collaboration and overall smooth running.
Act as go to for issues arising in the specific regions, escalating to President where needed.
Act as ambassador for EMEA and Presidents office internally and externally.
As a leader and conduit between various EMEA teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Drive and/or support external projects, EG. Work with Presidents office to ensure tight financials for the region.
Drive Strategic Partnerships for EMEA to support key convening moments.
MANAGEMENT
Manage selected key members of Client Management, EMEA.
Manage groups within the EMEA teams, such as the Presidents office.

Flexible team player with demonstrable initiative and creativity.
Strong people and change manager, ability to collaborate and lead a team.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-level client relationships.
Agile & creative thinker especially under pressure, able to multi-task and prioritize.
Proven ability to lead, develop and nurture talent.
Proficiency with Christies systems & Microsoft office suite.
27 days annual leave + 1 day Birthday leave + Christies Christmas office closure (guaranteed between 25th Dec 2nd Jan) in addition to annual leave: almost two weeks to fully switch off and spend time with friends and family
