Sales Executive - Freight

Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join their office in Southampton.

  • Quoting customers using our 360 portal and our in house system
  • Ensuring Quotes are sent accurately and with a fast turn around
  • Following up quotes with customers via phone and asking relevant questions to secure the booking
  • Competition mapping
  • Feeding back any information that could help secure future bookings for customers to management/team leader

Required

  • Good Customer service skills Emailing/speaking to customers in a polite and friendly manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to use basic maths with use of a calculator
  • Good basic I.T skills
