Our brand is what we do every day and our values set the tone for how we want our colleagues to go about their business of delivering the Delivered Exactly promise.Role Summary:Make quality new prospect appointments for DX field sales colleagues across a range of spends and sectorsBuild/Manage & Maintain an ongoing pipeline of prospective customers / call listsSupport DX field sales colleagues in generating revenue from new business customersSupport DX field sales colleagues in developing and implementing strategic tele-marketing plansMain Responsibilities:Qualify inbound opportunities and pass onto field sales colleagues in line with policy.Achieve & exceed targets & KPIsManage your own pipeline of prospects to ensure a constant flow of new business meetingsWork with line manager to develop and deliver targeted telemarketing campaignsDevelop short, medium and long term plans to achieve KPIsDevelop relationships with senior level contacts (internal and external)Attend scheduled sales meetings (internal)Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Experience within either Parcels /Pallets /Logistics/Supply Chain industry(Preferable not essential)Strong sales skills (Cold Calling, Prospecting, Profile Qualification, Basic Tele-Sales Techniques)Understanding of sales process and demonstration of world-class consistency, hunger and determinationExcellent time management skillsExcellent presentation and communication skillsProblem solving abilities / ability to facilitate discussionsMicrosoft skills i.e. Excel, Word, Email, PowerPoint (Basic to Intermediate level)Personal Specifications & Measures:Consistent drive and energy with a positive attitudeFlexible and dynamic work ethicAchieving KPIsRevenue growth from the field sales colleagues in your allocated territoryResults driven, self-confident individual with an ability to empathise with customers at all levelsAble to work both alone and as part of a teamBenefits:Competitive Rates of Pay Holidays: 20 days increasing with length of service + bank holidaysLong Service Recognition schemeEnhanced Maternity & PaternityCompany Pension SchemeLife AssuranceEmployee Assistance programme including 24/7 Virtual GPDX Discounts PortalExcellent opportunities for career progression and more!!We look forward to hearing from you!JBRP1_UKTJ
