About ATP Media

ATP Media is the global broadcast and media rights arm of men’s professional tennis. We produce and distribute live content for the ATP Tour, including the Nitto ATP Finals and Masters 1000s, to more than 200 markets across 60 broadcasters. We also operate Tennis TV, the sport’s official direct-to-consumer streaming platform. We’re passionate about using data and technology to bring tennis closer to fans, and to help brands and broadcasters understand the real impact of the game.


About the Insights Services Team

The Insights Services team helps unlock the value of tennis media. We measure sponsorship exposure, track audience performance, and provide actionable insights to Tournaments, commercial partners and internal teams.


We focus on three areas:

  1. Sponsorship & Brand Exposure - Measuring the visibility and media value of brand partners across broadcast, digital and social platforms
  2. Media Rights Intelligence - Analysing audience trends, viewership performance, and market benchmarks to support media rights sales and renewals
  3. Audience & Fan Data - Supporting the growth of our fan database and CRM strategies with segmentation, behavioural data, and audience insight.


About the Role

We’re seeking an Analyst to join our Insights Services team, bringing at least 18 months’ experience in media measurement and valuation, ready to apply their skills in a dynamic, global sports environment. This role will provide you with an opportunity to build on your existing experience and develop into a recognised specialist in sport and media analytics.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyse audience data across TV, OTT, and social platforms to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Work with external agencies to report sponsorship media value across broadcast and digital for each Tournament.
  • Support in the creation of clear, data-led reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, commercial partners and Tournaments
  • Track year-on-year audience trends and provide context for changes, supporting strategic media and commercial decisions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and emerging markets by monitoring global tennis fandom and audience behaviour.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of measurement methodologies, ensuring our insights are robust, timely, and commercially impactful.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years’ experience in media measurement and valuation
  • Confident with Excel and PowerPoint, with attention to detail and curiosity for data
  • Understanding of media and sponsorship metrics (reach, impressions, media value)
  • Experience with data sources or syndicated tools (e.g YouGov, Hookit, etc.)
