Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and Compulsory Liquidations Draft reports, prepare statutory paperwork, and liaise with stakeholders including creditors, directors, and solicitors Ensure all cases are handled efficiently and in compliance with current legislation and best practices Maintain accurate case records and assist with investigations where necessary Provide guidance and support to junior team members (for senior-level applicants) About You: Previous experience in a similar insolvency role (min. 2 years preferred) Strong understanding of insolvency processes and regulatory requirements Excellent organisational and communication skills CPI qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential
