£30,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits

Due to continued expansion within the corporate insolvency team, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insolvency Case Administrator to join a supportive and high-performing “live cases” team. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage cases from handover through appointment to investigation stages and contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from pre-appointment through to closure
- Handle CVLs, MVLs and Administrations from initial setup to completion
- Support appointment procedures including statutory documentation and compliance requirements
- Conduct investigatory work including director conduct reporting and CDDA matters
- Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently
- Prepare case progression reports and maintain accurate case records
- Identify potential asset realisations and billing opportunities
- Assist with mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Ensure work is completed in line with regulatory and internal compliance standards
Requirements
- Proven experience working within corporate insolvency
- Strong exposure to pre-appointment, appointment and investigatory work across CVLs and Administrations
- Experience preparing reports relating to director conduct and statutory requirements
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive and positive approach
- CPI qualification (or currently studying towards) desirable
- Experience supporting or training junior staff advantageous
