Inspection operative

We are recruiting a skilledinspectionoperative to join our team at IBF inHolyhead!
Key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for the day-to-day operational functionality and performance of the inspection operations from off-load from trailers to presentation for inspection and reload on to trailers.
Loading and unloading lorries including manual handling, using roller cages and other MHE
Undertaking manual and/or electronic reporting requirements as requested
Take instruction from our on-site partners to support the inspection process
Updating the PINC Yard Management System following training
Carry out operational tasks to achieve departmental and site objectives
Maintain the inspection environment following training
COSHH Awareness following training
Assist driverslocatingbays, support drivers in direction to bays and offices
Champion a health and safety culture
The ideal candidate will have:
Logisticsexperience in a large fast-moving environment
Strong warehouse system experience
A strong knowledge of Health & Safety at work
Experience of working to agreed targets
Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
Understanding of warehouse practices e.g. loading, unloading vehicles.
Forklift licence/experienceideal.
Conditions:
Shift patterns will be any 4/7 12hrs...
