Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 10pm - 6am, Night Shift

As an Inspection & Packing Operative, your role is essential right at the end of the production line. You will ensure our exquisite sinks are packed and dispatched with the utmost care and quality. Your daily tasks will include picking and preparing shipment orders efficiently, conducting thorough inspections for quality adherence, and reworking any defective products. Safety and quality are paramount, and you will support your team leader to meet and exceed departmental targets, all while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Inspection & Packing Operative Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar fast-paced role is essential.

Excellent skills in multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.

Strong written and oral communication skills, adept at collaborating within teams.

Technical understanding of computer programming, applications, and power tools.
