From LRUs and sub-assemblies to complete MLGs, your expertise will guarantee that every product meets the highest standards. Working within a collaborative team, you'll manage inspections from initial documentation through to EASA sign-off-helping us deliver excellence every time. What you'll be doing * Inspect key products to confirm compliance with specifications and quality standards. * Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. * Evaluate and resolve non-conformities using sound technical judgment. * Support production schedules while maintaining rigorous quality standards. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce repeat non-conformances.

What you'll bring * Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline, plus extensive inspection experience. * Strong knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving techniques. * Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with confidence. * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to coach and support others. * Adaptability and flexibility to work across multiple shift patterns, including weekends.
