Installation Electrician - (Approved)\nRole Summary\nInstallation Electrician - (Approved) is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and critical infrastructure environments. This role involves carrying out electrical installations, ensuring they meet the required safety standards, regulatory compliance, and client specifications. The Installation Electrician will work on a range of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control panels, and emergency systems, DC & UPS while adhering to industry regulations and best practices.

The right candidate should be comfortable with working away from home when needed.\nKey Deliverables / Responsibilities\n * Site Installation and Supervision\n * Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of electrical systems, ensuring all projects are completed to specification, on time, and within budget.\n * Coordinate site activities, manage resources, and ensure the smooth execution of installations and service works across the site.\n * Ensure proper scheduling of tasks, tracking of progress, and timely completion of work, while resolving any issues that may arise onsite.\nProficient knowledge of/expertise in:\n * Expertise in Installing, maintaining, and upgrading electrical systems in critical, commercial, and industrial environments.\n * Testing, Inspection Certification\n * Strong knowledge and application of the latest electrical wiring regulations BS 7671\n * Knowledge in working with various Electrical systems, including UPS & DC systems\n * Technical Documentation & Reporting\n * In-depth knowledge of the Electrical Safety Rules and appointed by the SAP\n * Electrical & Mechanical Systems Integration\n * Strong Fault-Finding & Diagnostic Skill\n * Health & Safety Procedures\n * Managing resources, coordinating teams, and scheduling work\nQualifications and Experience Required\n * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.\n * Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Major Critical Power installation\n * Gold ECS Card\n * C&G/EAL Current BS7671 Wiring Regulations\n * City & Guilds 2391 or EAL equivalent in Inspection and Testing\n * Competent Person Low Voltage appointment\n * Full UK Driving License\n * Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Electrical installation & certification\n * Strong Fault-Finding & Diagnostic Skill\n * Knowledge working with BMS\n * Experience Managing Subcontractors & Teams\n * First Aid at Work
