rtisan Recruitment are looking for Approved Electrician for a well established facilities company to work on Data Centres around the Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire area.\n\nApproved Electrician (Mobile)\nLocation: Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire & Hertfordshire\nSalary: £46,000 to £49,000+ Overtime + Company Van\nHours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00\nContract: Permanent\n\nBenefits:\n25 days holiday + bank holidays, holiday buy scheme, discount shopping & gym benefits, learning & development opportunities and career progression.\n\nAbout The Client\n\nThe Client is a leading facilities management provider, combining engineering expertise with innovation to enhance workplace performance and support customers across diverse sites.\n\nRole Overview\n\nYou’ll deliver high-quality electrical installation and maintenance across multiple locations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Install, modify and commission electrical systems (1st/2nd fix, power & lighting).\n\n * \n\n Read drawings, plan jobs and manage material requirements.\n\n * \n\n Test, inspect and complete certificates to required standards.\n\n * \n\n Provide progress updates and follow RAMS and safety procedures.\n\n * \n\n Supervise other operatives when needed and assist with quotes/estimates.\n\n * \n\n Install containment systems (tray, ladder, conduit).\n\n * \n\n Liaise with admin teams regarding material changes/orders.\n\nAbout You\n\n * \n\n City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent + C&G 2382 (18th Edition).\n\n * \n\n C&G 2391 testing & inspection (2391-20 desirable).\n\n * \n\n Experience in commercial electrical installs and LV distribution.\n\n * \n\n UPS/DC experience advantageous.\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of safe working practices & permit-to-work systems.\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel.\n\n * \n\n IPAF, PASMA, First Aid, SMSTS/SSSTS/IOSH beneficial
