We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Installation Engineer to join our growing team. The Role You'll install and commission communication, network, and AV systems in vehicles and buildings. This includes: * Running and terminating cabling (network, coax, AV, data) * Installing server rack and IT equipment * Setting up software and basic computer networks * Testing systems, training users, and supporting delivery from start to finish You’ll Need * First fix cabling experience (network, AV, etc.) * IT/networking knowledge and hands-on tool skills * Full UK driving licence * Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills * Willingness to travel with overnight stays (UK & occasional overseas) * Willingness to work at height using access equipment What We Offer * £33,000 salary, | 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays) | Pension | Employee Assistance Programme | Death in Service Benefit * Company pool van with all necessary tools provided * Work with cutting-edge tech in a high-impact industry * Varied, meaningful work with supportive, expert colleagues Apply now to join a team making a real difference
