Salary: £40,000-£50,000

Installation Manager - The Role

Our client is a rooftop Solar PV and Battery Storage specialist who is looking for a new Installation Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of domestic and commercial retrofit projects.

They need someone who can take full ownership of the installation journey, driving customer satisfaction through ensuring a high quality of installations across the board.

Installation Manager - Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of domestic and commercial renewable installations

- Act as the technical lead across solar PV, battery and ASHP systems

- Oversee customer journey from booking to handover

- Liaise with installers, subcontractors, and internal teams

- Improve operational processes to support business growth

- Ensure all installations meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards

Installation Manager You:

- Proven experience as an Installation Manager or in a similar role within renewables

- Strong technical expertise across solar PV, battery storage, and air source heat pump systems

- Demonstrable experience managing full end-to-end installation processes for domestic and commercial customers

- Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to build trust with homeowners, business owners and installers

- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
