About Us We are seeking an experienced pensions professional with strong project management expertise to lead the transition of schemes to the service on the Mantle platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate installations, working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients. You will take ownership of the end-to-end transition process, from planning through to delivery, ensuring milestones are met and risks are managed effectively. This position requires excellent organisational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to make informed decisions when challenges arise. Responsibilities & Criteria Core Responsibilities Project Management: Own and manage the full lifecycle of scheme transitions to ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and quality standards. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Mantle installation team, Dalriada client teams, and external stakeholders. This includes incumbent administrators and advisors. Process Oversight: Understand and monitor the installation process, identifying and resolving issues promptly. Mantle Expertise: Become a Mantle Superuser and providing guidance and support during the transition process. Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, provide regular status updates, and escalate risks where necessary. Business Growth Responsibilities Support the conversion of new and existing cases to Assist in tender activity, including preparation of materials and providing timelines for installations. Contribute to marketing collateral related to the Mantle transition process if required. Personal Development Build skills aligned with your career development goals. Attend technical and business skills training as required. Gain exposure to Trusteeship and client management opportunities. Preferred Criteria Previous experience in a project management role, ideally within pensions or financial services. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Good working knowledge of Mantle and familiarity with services. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results under pressure. Problem-solving mindset with confidence to make decisions when required. Additional Attributes Risk Management: Ability to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Technical Understanding: Comfortable interpreting administration or payroll technical concepts (with support from the wider transition team). Collaboration: Skilled at working across teams and building strong relationships. Adaptability: Able to respond to changing priorities and client needs.
