Location – Luton Full-Time | Permanent | 4-Day Working Week | No Weekends Salary: £12.98 per hour (£27,000 per annum) + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £33,000+)
Buy It Direct is one of the UK’s leading online retailers. As our Appliances, Better Bathrooms, Furniture123 and Laptops businesses continue to grow, we’re expanding our Home Delivery & Installation team in Luton.
We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.
You’ll start by delivering one-man goods, including white goods and electrical items.
For those with the right attitude and technical mindset, there is a clear progression pathway into an Electrical Driver Installer role, no previous installation experience required.
We’ll provide full training. You bring the drive to learn and develop.

What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering goods safely using a 3.5-tonne vehicle Providing a professional, friendly service in customers’ homes Completing digital paperwork and delivery records accurately Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness Handling appliances and electrical goods safely
Are you:
A dependable and safety-conscious driver Customer-focused with great communication skills Comfortable with manual handling and physically active work Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Keen to develop technical skills and build a long-term career
What We’re Looking For
Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points) Delivery experience is beneficial but not essential Positive attitude and willingness to learn installation skills
