The Best of Both Worlds: Shop & Field

This isn't a repetitive assembly line job. You’ll be a "hybrid" technician, splitting your time between precision fabrication and custom installations across NH, MA, and VT.

In the Shop: You’ll cut pipe, deburr, drill, sand, and perform electrostatic painting. You’ll also act as the final eyes on quality control, ensuring every awning matches the shop drawings perfectly. In the Field: You’ll install custom built awnings as well as retractable awnings, motorized screens, metal pergolas and other custom products. When things don’t go exactly as planned, you’re the person who "thinks on their feet" to find a solution that makes the customer smile.

What You Bring to the Table

Technical Skill: Proficiency with power hand tools and measuring equipment. Physical Ability: Comfortable on ladders and able to lift 50 lbs. above your head. Reliability: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR) are required to drive our company vans. Certifications: OSHA 10 or residential construction experience is a major plus.

Schedule & Benefits
