The Opportunity: The FIE Institutional Funds Analyst works directly with the Institutional Funds Team Leader, Institutional Management, the Directors of the firm’s funds, custodians, institutional clients/prospects and various internal groups to maintain and create Institutional funds. The Funds Analyst will oversee fund creation projects, oversee platform/sub-distribution relationships, and implement Sales Management initiatives impacting Institutional funds.The Day-to-Day:Researches and onboards new sub-distributor and database platforms, including contract negotiations, due diligence oversight and operational set-upOversees from start to finish the creation of new funds and maintenance of the fundsUses project management skills to guide projects through completionUnderstands and monitors the compliance issues revolving around the institutional industry, unique codes of ethics, and internal requirementsYour Qualifications:University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience requiredTwo plus years of experience with UCITS (Irish domiciled) FundsExperience in fund sub-distributor and/or database platform support preferredHighly developed qualitative and/or quantitative skills requiredAbility to analyze various situations and develop creative solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environmentAbility to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasksProficient in Microsoft Office softwareWhy Fisher Investments Europe: The global Fisher organisation distinguishes itself by putting clients first, providing unmatched service, and taking a personalised approach to investing.
