You'll combine subject knowledge in physics and maths with creative visual skills to produce exceptional educational content.You'll work across two main areas:Multimedia physics lessons: collaborate with Subject Leads and other Content Developers to create engaging and accurate visuals for our instructional contentNo prior illustration or animation experience is required; we'll give you all of the tools and training you need to bring our lessons to life.Quiz Development & Quality Assurance: contribute to quiz content for our physics and maths courses, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with learning objectivesYou'll join a team that thrives on collaboration and problem-solving. You're excited by the opportunity to combine human creativity and expertise with support from generative AI tools, where appropriate.You might be a recent physics graduate, an experienced maths/physics tutor, or someone with a STEM background looking to apply your skills in EdTech.You should be:Passionate about education and technologyQuick to learn new software and production workflowsSkilled at explaining complex concepts clearlyComfortable switching between creative and technical tasksDetail-oriented with high standards for accuracyExcited about contributing to a mission-driven, collaborative teamResponsibilitiesPhysics Animation & Content CreationProduce high-quality visual assets (animations and diagrams) that align with our animation style guide and multimedia learning principlesFix past issues on live courses where requiredCollaborate with a small team to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlinesTake part in feedback loops, constantly improving composition and team working skillsSupport other content developers in their work, ensuring technical accuracy throughout the projectQuiz Development & Quality AssuranceEnsure all quiz content is accurate, high quality, and meet our guidelines for item designUse graphic creation tools to create suitable diagrams where quizzes require them.Review and edit lesson scripts for technical accuracy and clarityRequirementsWe know that the right person might not tick every box below.
