Must haves
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service and administrative experience, including upselling
  • Previous telephone-based experience
  • 5 GCSEs A*C, including Maths and English
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage workload accurately and efficiently
Nice to haves
  • A Level qualifications
  • Cert CII qualification

  • Managing and prioritising work accurately and efficiently
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and internal colleagues
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team income targets
  • Handling renewal queries by phone and in writing in a professional manner
  • Listening to client needs and identifying suitable solutions
  • Negotiating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Producing accurate and professional documentation at all times
