Associate (NQ–3 PQE) – Policyholder Disputes | London

We are working with a leading London law firm to recruit a talented Associate (NQ–3 PQE) to join its highly regarded Policyholder Disputes team.

This is a standout opportunity for a junior lawyer to work on complex, high-value insurance disputes acting exclusively for policyholders. The team is widely recognised for its expertise in handling major, often international claims across a broad range of sectors, including financial lines, property damage, construction, energy, and political risk.

You will be involved in a diverse and intellectually challenging caseload from day one, working closely with market-leading partners and gaining exposure to significant litigation and arbitration matters. The role offers genuine responsibility, early client contact, and the chance to develop deep technical expertise in a specialist and growing area.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be qualified in England & Wales (or due to qualify shortly) with 0–3 years’ PQE
• Have experience in insurance disputes (policyholder-side experience beneficial but not essential)
• Demonstrate strong analytical ability, excellent drafting skills, and commercial awareness
• Be motivated to work in a high-performing, collaborative environment
