We’re on the lookout for a Senior Broker to join a fast-growing, modern broking team working with some of the UK’s most exciting businesses.

This isn’t your average broking role. You’ll own the full client journey—from onboarding and placing policies to renewals, quarterly reviews, and everything in between. No messy handovers—just genuine client relationships, built properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Take prospects from first enquiry through to policy placement.

Handle all servicing: MTAs, renewals, quarterly reviews.

*

Build tailored insurance programmes (including global & complex risks).

*

Highlight cover gaps and upsell solutions where appropriate.

*

Work closely with underwriters to negotiate the best outcomes.

*

Be a trusted expert in your sector—guiding clients and challenging the norm.

What We’re Looking For

*

5+ years' commercial broking experience.

*

Strong knowledge of core covers: EL, PL, Property, BI, Cyber, PI.

*

Experience with multinational clients and global policy placement.

*

Cert CII qualified (minimum).

*

Great communicator—confident in client meetings (virtual & face-to-face).
